Blackstone Labs is presenting us with its newest muscle building supplement called EpiCat. It is marketed as an extreme muscle builder with a carefully made formula. It is based on Epicatechin, which is a flavonol that is seen to have the ability to inhibit Myostatin, but we’ll talk more about it in the ingredients section. Let’s start walking through this product and see if it’s really worth giving a go, shall we?
How Does EpiCat Work? The main goal of this supplement is to block off Myostatin production in your body, which will then result in muscle growth. In other words, when you take something to block the release of Myostatin or to inhibit how much is actually being released or produced, it’s been shown to have the possibility to increase your lean muscle mass production. Epicatechin, the main ingredient of EpiCat, is a flavonol alleged to inhibit Myostatin, a type of myokine (signaling protein released by muscle fibers) which suppresses muscle growth. The opposite of Myostatin is Follistatin, a signaling protein which induces muscle growth by blocking the former. Keep in mind that because the label on the back of this product does not include the exact amount of Epicatechin inside of each pill, we cannot know for sure just how much is it affecting your overall muscle growth.

What Is Inside Of This Product? So basically, there are only 3 ingredients inside of this product – Green Tea Extract, Ribe Fiber and Epicatechin, with latter being the most important one – the one that does pretty much all the work. That’s why we’re going to provide you with a bit more information about it: Epicatechin Epicatechin is the main ingredient of this product, it is the sole reason why it is called EpiCat in the first place. As we stated above, Epicatechin is a flavonol that allegedly inhibits Myostatin which suppresses your muscle growth. When you start using EpiCat, it will inhibit a lot of Myostatin which will block it from further production and enable Follistatin to promote your overall muscle growth! It has not been fully researched yet, but so far it promises great things!
Recommended DosageThe recommended dosage is one capsule two times per day. So, basically, one pill in the morning, one in the afternoon, or one before your workout; if you workout in the morning. You could take one before your morning workout and then one later on in the afternoon with the meal. This way it will help with the increased absorption rate of Epicatechins.
Are there any positive testimonials available?
“I am almost done with the first bottle and day 6 as a standalone with pumps still aggressive as hell. The bicep/triceps/forearm pump today was damn good. I’ve noticed some vascularity out of nowhere on my triceps and chest, but that may just be attributed to the fat loss. Overall feeling good.”
“This is my second product with epi and i like it at twice the dosage 2 pills in the morning n 2 a few hours later. Feel leaner probably related to the green tea. NOW I’m not very strong mostly looks but man the strength increase is CRAZY. I’m waiting to see how long before the muscle size starts.”
“Super pumps in the gym from this stuff. And that is only from the first week. I’ll report back after a month. I really like so far.”
“Finished the 1st bottle today. I have to say I really think that EPI CAT is aiding in muscle fatigue as well. I may be wrong, but I just feel in the gym that I have energy and endurance similar to when I was on my Halo cycle. Not to mention today’s Delt and trap pump was serious.”Let’s also take a look at a video review for this product, and see what they have to say about it:
