The consistent Grammy award winner dismissed the speculations that he was “juicing up” with steroids right off the bat. Dr. Dre explained that he managed to sculpt his body by teaming up with legendary celebrity personal trainer, Stan McQuay.

Aside from putting him on a revolutionary diet program, Dr. Dre adds that McQuay also developed a customized workout routine that is specially tailored for him. It didn’t just help him lose more than 60 pounds, but also prepared him for enduring vigorous iron pumping sessions.
