DarkStorm Nutrition, or casually referred to as DSN, has unveiled a rather interesting combination of products. Believe it or not, neither of them has a normal name like ALL other supplements on the market. No. DSN decided names are too mainstream so they just released 2 products combined in one packaging and called them… Pre-workout and post-workout… And at the moment you can get a free trial on both bottles. I’m not even kidding.
Besides their unusual “names”, these 2 products are actually packed with quality ingredients and should work just fine. They haven’t been on the market for too long but they’ve already gathered a good dose of attention from their users. That’s one of the reasons why I have decided to do a thorough review of these supplements. In addition to that, I would also like to see its potential effects as well as side effects, because those are the most important 2 aspects of each supplement (that and its ingredient mixture) on the market. With that in mind, I’ll lead you straight to action!
What can DarkStorm Nutrition do for me?
DSN pre-workout is packed with ingredients that are all about energy and focus. Needless to say, you will get an awesome spike of energy prior to your workout. Combined with an increase in mental focus, this will enable to you to do your workout routine without any issues whatsoever. On the other hand, the post-workout supplement is there to feed your muscles after a difficult training session. As you all know, your muscles need nutrients to start with the healing process, and that’s exactly what DSN post-workout aims to do.
What are DarkStorm Nutrition’s ingredients?
At the time of writing this review, I could not get my hands on the label of pre-workout. With that being said, you can check out post workouts ingredients for now:
This is a safe and effectrive antioxidant that has a lot of scientifical research backing up its abilities to help with muscle recovery process after demanding training sessions.
Amino acid that is responsible for protein synthesis. It’s basically serves the purpose of building blocks for muscle growth, but judging by the fact there’s only 50mg per dose, I believe it’s highly underdosed.
Yet another very important amino acid that is also involved in proten synthesis. It’s pretty similar to L-Glutamine as it also represents the building blocks for muscles.
Niacin is also known as vitamin B3. Naturally, it is found in plants and animals. In addition to that, it is also added into many sorts food. Its main use is for lowering certain types of fat in one’s body, such as cholesterol and triglycerides.
Vitamin B12 0.015mg
Vitamin B12 is responsible for metabolizing fats. Not only that, vitamin B12 is also known to metabolize proteins and carbohydrates as well, making the most out of your daily diet.
All things considered, I don’t know how to feel about these ingredients. While they are of top quality, it seems to me that they are a bit underdosed. In the long run, this could mean that these products won’t do well with people who are used to much higher doses, and there could be potential issues because of that.
Are there any side effects?
DarkStorm Nutrition’s new products tend to cause a couple of minor side effects, although in very rare cases. These side effects include vomiting, heartburn and stomach upset, neither of which are alarming. Still, if you experience any of these side effects for a prolonged period of time, it would be a good idea to notify your doctor about the issues.
What do other people think of this supplement?
Let’s take a closer look at some of the testimonials I was able to find online:
“Prior to getting these suckers on free trial, I have never even heard of DSN. Now, I consider them an awesome company, but with a bit highly priced products. Still, both pre-workout and post-workout did an amazing job for my body. I cut my body fat from 18% to 12% and gotten a good amount of lean muscle mass to go along with it. I worked a lot harder than usual and it’s all because of these 2. Good job DSN!”
“I got both of these products on free trial because I was kind of low on money and I stumbled upon them like a blessing. I didn’t do much researh so I jus signed up for the trial. After arriving, I went through their ingredients only to find out the doses are quite low. Still, despite that, the pre-workout provided me with great kicks while post-workout enabled me to do my workout routine tomorrow again, with virtually no pain.”
As you can see, people have already noticed that these products don’t exactly have the highest doses of active ingredients per serving. Despite that, they have still experienced some effects, rendering them quite satisfied with their free trials.
Final words on DarkStorm Nutrition
Now that we all know a bit more info on DarkStorm Nutrition and their new products, it is time to make a final word or two on them. So, let’s start off by stating one final time that the dosages aren’t really on par with some of the competitive supplements. That’s as clear as it can be. Still, even though that’s true, it seems that there’s a great synergy between the two products, allowing their users to experience all benefitial effects from such small doses. All things considered, it is still too early to make a final judgement on them, but from what I’ve had the chance to see so far – DarStorm Nutrition pre-workout and post-workout could be a pretty solid supplement combo.

“Make sure you don’t mix the two supplements. Pre workouts before your workout and post workout after the workout. It might seem simple, but I’ve found myself doing it the other way around more times than I’d like to admit…” – Reginald
