My questions are more simplistic. I have been ill for 3 years. It started with extreme muscle spasms and continued to debilitate me. My fatigue is so great that if I have a ‘normal’ day, I am in bed a minimum of 2 days. I ran across the definitions and the problems with deficiencies of phosphocreatine. I lost my energy after about a year of having spasms and other symptoms. My creatinine kinese has been high for two years. Doctors are now telling me that I am in stage 3 kidney failure. I am thinking I have a defiency in creatine. Would the Mag be the way to go….I cant find Creatine Phosphate.

Everyone can benefit from an extra push at the gym, and Creatine products have long been the primary source of such stimuli for most bodybuilders and even casual gym-goers. With so many Creatines out there, people tend to think that the brand is the only difference, but this is not entirely true.

There are multiple types of Creatine out there, with different degrees of bioavailability and effectiveness. Magnesium Creatine Chelate by SNS is a product that promises maximum possible bioavailability for a Creatine with powerful boosts to strength, energy, endurance, and recovery. Today we will examine the product and find out the truth behind these claims.

What’s In It?

A 3 capsule serving of this product contains 2250 mg of Magnesium Creatine Chelate. This brand of Creatine has been labeled as the most bioavailable Creatine on the market, and SNS are promising it is a powerful strength enhancer.

The reason for the addition of Magnesium to Creatine is simple. Magnesium is needed by your body to convert Creatine to ATP, which is the compound that your muscles use as fuel to empower your training. The more Magnesium is available, and the more Creatine can be converted to ATP and the better results.

This is the reason Magnesium Creatine Chelate is so much more useful than other brands of Creatine.

  • Improved Endurance
  • Less Fatigue
  • Increase In Muscle Mass
  • Less Fluid Retention

Why Should I Buy It?

Magnesium Creatine Chelate can be used during both bulking and cutting cycles. The product will help you retain your muscles, build pounds of new muscle tissue, and remove any water retention or bloating from the equation altogether.

There are various reasons Magnesium Creatine Chelate is a more effective and better value than your standard Creatine Monohydrate many people use. For starters, you can avoid the loading phase with this product and instead jump right into full dosing.

While Creatine Monohydrate requires a loading phase to get your organism prepared to take the full dose because Magnesium Creatine Chelete is so much more bioavailable, the product requires no loading, which means you can get right down to business.

Creatine Monohydrate also requires ingestion of simple sugars to improve the availability. The problem with this is you are pumping up your insulin every time you consume these sugars, and this can lead to unwanted fat build-ups. With Magnesium Creatine Chelete, there is no need for ingestion of sugars, and thus, the fat storages are avoided.

Creatine Monohydrate also tends to break down into various compounds in your stomach, including the compound known as Creatinine, which can lead to stomach distress and pains. Magnesium Creatine Chelete, on the other hand, absorbs faster and does not break down nearly as much in your stomach, which means any stomach distress will be kept at the very minimum.

As you can see, there are plenty of reasons to buy Magnesium Creatine Chelete instead of Creatine Monohydrate. Still, the increased absorption and effectiveness are the ones you should consider the most.

How Do I Take It?

One dose of Magnesium Creatine Chelete is 2.5 scoops. Take one amount 45 minutes before a workout and the other some 8 hours after the first dose. On rest days, space the doses about 12 hours in between and preferably take them with meals.

Testimonials

Here are some testimonials as to the efficiency of Magnesium Creatine Chelete:

Excellent product, I have had so much energy at the gym, and I can see my muscles getting firmer and less watery. I highly recommend everyone should use this.

Final Verdict

I think we are long past the point of asking whether you should use Creatine. Anyone who builds knows that Creatine is a super-powerful strength enhancer that you should use. The question remains which one to use, and Magnesium Creatine Chelete certainly has a lot going for it.

The product absorbs faster and better than other brands of Creatine and does not require a loading phase. It will provide you with more strength and endurance right off the bat, and you will quickly see your muscles growing and becoming leaner.

The best part about it is that you will get 40 servings, which will last you 20 days for just $11.95, which is an insanely reasonable price for a product of such potency. We highly recommend running this product for a while and letting us know how it worked out for you.
