I really liked this product it beat my expectations by a lot but I think 39.99 for a pre-workout is a lot of money. Even though this product rocks and has a fully clinical dosed fully listed content 1.60 per serving is really high. If Legion could get the price down to 30.00 I think the online value and cost would be right .
The pump is pretty insane. 8g of Cetrulline is def. a sweet spot and I wonder how many people can actually handle that. It overwhelms you, and your muscle starts to hurt. But then you look in the mirror and you can see your whole body is swollen as if you just doubled in size. So you start pumping iron, and you suddenly feel your muscles get harder and swell up, and it hurts to curl, and press and push, but you go through it anyways, because it looks and feels AMAZING!

I had the fruit punch flavor. It was somewhat tart tasting but ok. The flavor from a pre-workout supplement is not a must for me; I have taken pre-workouts that taste like garbage but work great.
