Do not include the blueberries as we will use them as our toppings for the finished product. Blend the ingredients until the batter is runny.

Heat a [easyazon_link identifier=”B00006JSUA” locale=”US”]skillet[/easyazon_link] and pour enough coconut oil to grease it. Pour half of the blended mixture and add some blueberries as toppings. Always check the bottom if it is already well done and then flip it. When it is already cooked, do the same with the remaining half of the batter. You can also add other toppings as desired.

Share this very simple recipe to your friends and they will surely thank you for it. If you need to cook more than two pancakes then just increase the ratio accordingly. For example, if you want to cook 4 pancakes then just multiply the amount of ingredients to two. Serve the dish while it is still warm. Enjoy!
