They don’t need protein when doing exercise, particularly when they try to build muscle through weightlifting or other forms of resistance training. The process of building muscle involves causing damage to muscle filaments and then rebuilding them, and this requires more protein.

No studies have identified definitively short-term health problems from excess protein, but this has been associated with kidney failure, osteoporosis, and heart disease. The reason is that unused protein cycles through the blood and ultimately breaks down into urea and acidic byproducts.

Some bodybuilders feel they need a gram of protein per pound of body weight, depending on the intensity of the training. If you do use a supplement, then it is best during or just after a workout so that the damaged muscles can use that protein for repair.

This Pro Antium is pretty much the perfect blend for post-workout nutrition. The added supplements like creatine are great because I don't have to take them separately. Whether the label claim of 30 grams of protein is truly accurate doesn't worry me much because even with the added supplements that might contribute to this protein amount, I'm sure there is still enough protein in one serving to have an effective dose post workout.

Awesome Supplement! I am using it from last 20 days and results are superb…i feel my biceps pumped up and actually I feel a change in my body and structure which I am getting after using this product is highly recommended! But the main loop that what actually I am worried about is Creatine Monohydrate i.e 5g per serving, as per studies we can have Creatine Monohydrate for max to max 3 months with 5-10 g a day. So after 3 months, we need to change the supplement.

This is by far the quickest acting protein blend I have ever had. Just 4 days into consumption, I can feel the difference in my pumps and workouts. Of course, it's created by the legend himself. This is going to be my protein for a long time to come. It is highly recommended.

This is the real deal best of the best protein for serious athletes and/or those who just require a superior taste. This has been praised by industry elite for a reason, it works! You won't be disappointed. All of the RCSS lines is an amazing product. Ronnie Coleman is a legend and so is his product. Give a try and you will never look back.

I love this stuff. The mix of protein sources, and the added creatine and other soups is a huge benefit. for one low price, you're getting almost 3 supplement products in one. I take 2/3 dose before the gym, and another 2/3 after, and a full dose on off days. I always use milk and this tastes as good as dessert.

Pro-Antium is an excellent starter protein for those who are just beginning to get serious about working out and wanted to build muscle fast. It is a supplement that leans more towards bodybuilding and strength. Both betaine and creatine can be beneficial for endurance based activities. In addition, the lack of carbohydrates may not be enough to sustain and replenish glycogen levels in muscles.

Mix 1 scoop (1 scoop = 1 serving) with 6 oz. of cold water or your favourite liquid. Drink 1-4 servings per day, key times include: post workout, between meals and when you wake up. For a milkshake type taste and thickness, and extra protein, use fat-free or low-fat milk instead of water.
