“Writing my 2nd review 8 months later. The first month I noticed super strong nails to the point my children ran from me! During my workouts I’d accidentally jab myself and draw blood..crazy strong nails. I’ve never had toenails either because I have a house full of children and legos and now I have to give myself a regular pedicure to keep my talons under control.So..now..8months later I think I can post a decent hair update since hair growth is not an overnight fix. Being mid 40’s I used to have to brush my hair over the toilet and that’s what put me on the path to find a hair vitamin. The first thing I noticed was at about 3-4mos with very minimal hair fallout in the shower..it has since tapered off to the point that now at 8mos, I no longer have hair fall out and no longer have to brush my head over the toilet. Awesome! My hair is naturally very fine..so of course, that won’t change…but at least it isn’t falling out. It has a lovely shine to it also. The biggest part was that I now have new growth in places I never had it. I don’t have bangs and now seem to be growing them on both sides of my head. I also see lots of growth at the back of my neck. So yes, these vitamins do work..I haven’t taken any other supplement other than eating a good diet. It will take time and you will have to commit to a year to really see results.. but overall, I’m very happy. Also, I didn’t see fast growth..my hair growth was normal..on the slower side..so that didn’t change for me..but at least I see lots of new growth. I returned and got a subscription to these vitamins.”

“I have been taking these vitamins for the last 30 days. I am very happy to report that around the 18th day of taking them, I noticed that I was not losing so much hair when I washed it.
